My Christmas Gift

One of my best gifts I ever received is maybe a little place set when j was like 8 years old. It was like a 10 pieces video game thing but for girls. I thought is was the best thing someone could give me. Everyday I use to day with it and bring it to school with me . I once brought it to school and I didn't know it was this girls birthday and I gave to her. I regret that . My favorite game was this soda game were you have to fill the cup so the kids would stop crying. I remember how I use to connect the pieces to be come a huge pieces and to little person would walk to on devise to the other. Now I really want it back but I never found out what the name no matter how much reasearch I do.

This quote decides me because I always tried to be normal, I tried to fit in. It wasn't working so o kinda did what other kids did. But trying to be normal is hard and kinda boring. When I got to seventh grade I stared to be my self little by little . I took baby steps and by each month I took bigger steps . Eventually when eighth grade came I didn't care anymore I was 100% my self up to this day. But to be honest I for sure not my self in front of teachers or parents. I try to be if I do I will either get a foul or a detention. 

On The Fence

(If you decide to read this book DONT read the first one it will make more senses) 

I'm reading a new book now and it's the second book from The Distance Between Us by Kasie West. The books name is On The Fence. This book so far is the complet opposite from the other book.  I haven't read the whole book but it's pretty different from last time.  The main character is Charile, she is a reaguler teen that lives with her brothers and father.  Her mother died when Charile was 7 years old. Charile is a pure tomboy and loves to have fun.  She is very competitive and hates to lose.  In the book she said she was adapt to her brothers and father all being boys that made her the way she is. Her brother Gage has a friend name Brandon and basically is another brother to her because he vists mostly everyday. Brandon and Chariel onces had a fence talk at night because her dad came drunk one night and didn't want to go in. Ever since that night they have been doing there " fences talks " .  Charile also doesn't listen to the rules much. In the beginning she got a speeding ticket and showed her dad. (Her dad is a police officer) He got mad and told her that she is paying them, yup this is not her first one. He told her to get a job amd pay them her self. She had a very exciting adventure. Find out we're and how she got a job.

The Distance Between Us

This book was is one of the best book I ever read. It has everything you might like. Romance, comedy and humor. I finish the book and let me tell you it was super extravagant.. I love this book for many different reasons the main character Cayman is a unique and very sarcastic. She works at a doll and her best friends name is Skye. She lives in the apartment upstairs and works for rich people. There was this one day we're a rich boy name Xander Spencer came in and bought a doll. After that day she stated likening him and stared to talk to him. When they both got to know each other, every week they had a career day. Career day is when one of them chose a job and tell about. Everything went so well until when Xander invited Caymen to a I gusse its a family reunion and Caymen found the truth behind her history and things go wrong with her and Xander. Xander kinda already know but he wasn't for sure about this family history secret. Did he tell Caymen or use her with this secret?? 

?????PARCC?????

  Last year, 2014, there was an announcement at Heritage Middle School about there new testing policy. Remember when you had the ISATS, well the state of Illinois thought it would be challenging for students learning skills to get higher with the new type of ISATS named PARCC. Many students were excited and anxious. The students official take the test on March, it last for about a 1-2 weeks.
      When the day comes students start to freak out and have many different opinions.
" I bet it's better then the ISATs " " Nah the ISATS go by fast" All you hear in the halls is if it's a good test or if it's going to be worst then there usual test. Students take the test and takes about 1-1:13 hours. The teacher gives them plenty of time to finish there test. The teacher expect most students to take there time but half of the rush to get it over with.
      When the test is over students have to have a book out to read, it the rules. When times up the students are demand to return there test and go to there next class. Lots of student judged the test. " that's was super boring it was so slow" " then ISATS are better I don't like the PARCC test"
Many students said. Do you think this is a better way to test?

🇲🇽Your Mexican?🇲🇽

Having a Mexican heritage is not the best, yes I now that we have some of the best food but we don't have the best holidays or important days. To me there some boring ones like Semana Stanta, when you don't eat meat on Fridays like meat is my best friend i need to eat it everyday. Also we have some good holidays like the day of the dead and when we celebrate our independence with a parade of the Mexican flag. These days are important and fun, some fun parts is when you go play games and enjoy the amazing food. But one down fall of it is they talk forever about how and when we got this holiday, I think it very tiring just to stand there and listen when you can be with your family and eat. Also most Mexicans are ether Catholic or Christen, but I was born a Catholic so I had a first communion, baptize and going to have confirmation. Supposedly if your a Catholic and don't have your certificate of these three you can't get married but I don't believe in that and I'm not very religious so I really don't care. (Sorry). Anyways most of us Mexicans don't celebrate Christmas, yes I know shucking, but we celebrate " Los Tress Stantos Rayes" or the Three Kings. This is when you leave your shoes out anywhere and they come and bring you a gifted (sorry I forgot to tell you it on January 7).

My Theme

I believe the the theme is don't judge a book by its cover and friends is the only family you have. I think this is the theme of the The Outsiders because at first there were judge of how the dressed and of how they did everything. The Socs really, I don't mean like they didn't think but believe that they really didn't focus on what there were doing. They just mostly focused of them and didn't care if the Greasers had feeling or not. Socs really just jugde them, when there both the same, I don't mean like there completely the same but you now what I mean.

When I mean friends is the only family I mean like friends would care do everything for you and protect you and keep you covered, just something that a parent or guardian would never do. This theme goes well with The Outsiders because in the book the author doesn't even mention there parents just Jonnys and the three brothers. This theme is the book because all the Greasers are family, brothers, they help, care and have fun together things a family dose. A family is all about love, you may ask yourself what dose this book have to do with love but actually there is a bit of love in this book. At the end of the book they talk about when Jonny passed away everyone was sad and stuff but only two were affected badly Ponyboy and Dally. Ponyboy cried a lot because he is very emotional and Dally didn't kill himself he knew what he was doing and got himself killed, yes it was very sad. 

Outsiders

        This book had so many sign post it was really easy to blog a bout. One sign post I saw a memory moment in page 66 during the end he remember when he use to go to church with his parents and even when they past away. But one Sunday Ponyboy wanted to take Sodapop and Jonny. But Soda wanted to go only with Steve. At the end Steve decided to go with the brothers. When they got there they sat at the back of the church and Soda and Steve can not stay long still,not they can't stay for a whole movie what makes you think there going to stay still for a sermon, so of course they had to do something not there suppose to do to have fun. Soda started to throw paper airplanes and making noise. After that Ponyboy was embarrassed and never went to church again. I believe this is important because he remembered the times he had with his mom and dad before they past away. Also in the text he said he will never forget that day so of course it has to be important.
One tough question in the book was not just for Ponyboy but also for Jonny. There options were to go to jail or to die in the electric chair. You ask why are these there options, it because one day Jonny and Ponyboy stayed up all night at the park and the Socs. jumped them, grabbed Ponyboy and tried to drowned him but Jonny remembered he had a switch blade and saved Ponyboy by killing one of the Socs. Now they have a million questions in mind.
